Challenges
- Excess of physical documents
- Lack of storage
- Difficulty accessing documents
- High printing and paper costs
- Document security
Solutions
Edi helped us organize all client-related documents through digitization, allowing us to eliminate duplicate paper copies at the same time.
Implementation
Edi's help was essential for standardizing all the names and assigning client codes to everyone. This allowed us to download the documents and begin with the transition process. As of now, about 90% of our client’s data is fully set up in Edi.
“The Merge tool in Edi Cloud has been a game-changer for us. If I have several documents, instead of printing everything to scan it into a single PDF, I can simply select the PDFs and click Merge. We also use the Extract tool frequently. If someone asks for just one page from a document, I use Extract and send it to them without needing to print it. This has saved us a lot of paper. It's a huge plus." - Coralys Rivera, Retirement Plan Specialist
Results
- Improved document organization
- Reduction in physical documents
- Faster and easier document access
- Increased company efficiency
- Cloud-based document integration
- Less document printing
Experience
The experience has been great, and I've found that there are multiple ways to complete the same task. This was something we discussed in our meetings with the team. The platform is very user-friendly and works really well for our needs and day-to-day operations.
