How secure is my data?

Our servers are located in industry storage datacenters. Our datacenters always stores multiple copies of your data so that it's protected from planned and unplanned events, including transient hardware failures, network or power outages, and massive natural disasters. Redundancy ensures that your storage account meets its availability and durability targets even in the face of failures.

How can I transfer all my documents into Edi?

We’re in the process of building a migration tool that can allow you to upload hundreds of folders and files.

What happens if my account gets hacked?

We have incident management playbooks in place to help prevent loss of sensitive information. CEGsoft is SOC Type I certified and is in the process of getting the SOC Type II certification. This certification tests the suitability of the design of security controls in place.
